Refund Policy
At Urbana Bakes & Gelato, all sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods and gelato products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
In-Store & Standard Purchases
Refunds or corrections will only be considered under the following circumstances:
Accidental or duplicate charge
Incorrect item received
Product quality issue (item is not up to our standards or not in acceptable condition at the time of purchase)
If you believe your order qualifies under one of the exceptions above, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. A valid receipt is required, and photos may be requested to review the concern.
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.
Pre-Orders & Custom Orders
All pre-orders and custom orders (including cakes and large dessert orders) require advance preparation and reserved production time.
For this reason:
Pre-orders are non-refundable
Date changes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability
Once production has begun, no modifications or cancellations can be made
If there is an error on our part (wrong flavor, or product quality issue), please notify us within 24 hours of pickup so we can review and resolve the issue appropriately.
